Benoit Lahaye Rose de Maceration Champagne / Extra Brut

£ 58.95

75cl / 12% - Benoit Lahaye is passionate about his land and his wine – he works biodynamically in vineyards and is one of the few people in Champagne to plough using a horse. In the winery he works as hands-off as possible and in this rosé even uses amphorae for aging half of the wines. This is a structured, full-bodied rosé packed with wild strawberry, raspberry and rose petals. The palate is very vinous with a delicious, fresh, minty finish.
